Carbon-fibre bridge sleeve
Adapts one mandrel to a range of print repeats with a light, stiff carbon-fibre body.
All four share an epoxy resin surface and offer an antistatic option; the internal structure follows the wall-thickness band.
The four shipped tolerances are the same for every model.

A glass-fibre reinforced thin wall for the tightest builds. The harder D90 surface protects a wall that has no room for damage.

A multi-layer composite that stays round under mounting pressure at thin wall thicknesses.

The workhorse build for mid-range wall thickness, designed for long service under repeated mounting.

The full six-layer build. About 40% lighter than a conventional sleeve at ID 146.539 mm, wall 33.5 mm, with sealed, impact-absorbing end faces.

Through-body antistatic construction with resistance to ground below 1×10⁶ Ω, for film printing where static is a problem.

Measured on one specification: ID 146.539 mm, length 1660 mm, repeat 680 mm, wall 33.5 mm. A conventional sleeve weighs about 19 kg, a sleeveX™ X-MLW about 12 kg. The sliders scale that difference to a given sleeve count and press count.
Weights are the measured figures for the reference specification above. Other sizes scale with wall thickness and length; figures for a specific size are available on request.

Adapts one mandrel to a range of print repeats with a light, stiff carbon-fibre body.

A plain composite sleeve for coating, laminating, rubber covering and as a carrier for other layers.
X-AMSSteel pneumatic mandrel for sleeve mounting and dismounting.

Lighter carbon-fibre body for wide presses and quick handling.

A stand for mounting plate sleeves onto mandrels off the press, so the press is not tied up during changeover.
Modular storage with multi-station transport. Sleeves are stored upright, which avoids the deformation that comes from long-term horizontal storage. A patented anti-sway structure and arc-shaped columns make tilt-in loading easier and reduce the lifting effort.

Mounter interfaces are matched to the sleeveX™ sleeve. The vision system compensates to 0.005 mm.
Damaged plate sleeves can be restored, which extends their service life.
Auclean reviews the press fleet and the job mix and proposes a sleeve programme: which models, which wall thicknesses, how many, and how to store them.
Send the sleeve ID (mandrel OD), the face length and the print repeat. The wall thickness follows from those three, and the model follows from the wall thickness.

Send us the sleeve ID (mandrel OD), face length and repeat of one press. We will quote a matching sleeve for a trial.
