Send the specification and dimensions
Sleeve ID (mandrel OD), face length, print repeat or wall thickness, quantity, and the press model where known. A drawing, or a photo of the current sleeve end and notch, helps.

We confirm the model and quote
Wall thickness determines the model. We confirm the spec, the antistatic option and the price for the quantity.

Production on a stocked mould, by mandrel OD
Common mandrel sizes go straight into production on a mould already held in stock, without waiting on tooling.

Measured, then shipped
Every sleeve is professionally inspected before packing.

Mandrel moulds stocked across the size range

Mandrel moulds cover 47.863–490.063 mm and are held as multiple sets in an automated mandrel store. A confirmed specification goes straight into production without waiting on tooling, which is one of the bases for the typical three-week ship time on export orders.
